The site describes practical AI workflow review and setup services for small businesses. Service availability, scope, timings and price beyond the fixed £49 Workflow Review are agreed separately in writing.
The £49 Workflow Review is intended to produce a practical workflow decision: set up, simplify first or leave the workflow alone. It does not guarantee that AI is the right fix for every process.
What you should not send
- Passwords or login credentials.
- Payment card or bank details.
- Private medical, legal, HR or highly sensitive case details.
- Confidential information you are not authorised to share.
Human approval and AI outputs
The AI Operator’s public service boundary is that AI prepares drafts, summaries, checks, routes or reminders. Customer-facing, sensitive, financial, regulated, complaint/refund or risky outputs should remain human-approved.
