Who we are
The AI Operator is a trading name of Kai Page Limited. Website: https://theaioperator.co.uk. Contact: hello@kaipage.com.
This page is written in plain English so a small-business buyer can understand what happens when they use the site. It is not a substitute for formal legal advice.
Information we collect
- Information you send through the contact / Workflow Review form, such as your name, email address, business, location and workflow description.
- Technical information normally sent by your browser to the website host, such as IP address, user agent and request time.
- Cookie-banner preference stored in your browser so the notice does not keep appearing.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss the Workflow Review.
- To understand the workflow you have asked about.
- To keep the website working, secure and measurable at a basic server level.
- To keep a record of business enquiries and follow-up where appropriate.
Forms and processors
The contact form currently posts through FormSubmit to hello@kaipage.com. That means the details you submit are processed by FormSubmit and then delivered by email. Do not include passwords, payment details, private medical detail, legal advice, HR issues or anything you would not normally share externally.
Cookies and analytics
At the time of writing, this site does not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or non-essential tracking cookies. The cookie banner uses local browser storage only to remember that you have dismissed it.
If analytics such as GA4 is added later, this policy and the cookie notice should be updated before it is used.
Your rights
- You can ask what personal information is held about you.
- You can ask for incorrect information to be corrected.
- You can ask for deletion where there is no lawful reason to keep the data.
- You can object to processing or ask for a copy of your information.
