What is AI Workflow Support?
Optional help for one installed workflow after it is live and useful. It can keep approved source rules current, correct small faults, review how the workflow is being used and test a bounded change.
Optional support for Leicester and Leicestershire small businesses after one workflow is installed, tested and useful. Keep its rules current, correct small issues and re-test changes without handing decisions to AI.
A supplier changes a delivery rule. A booking policy moves. A form field changes. A new owner takes over approvals. These are reasons to check one working route before staff build manual workarounds around it.
If there is no useful installed workflow yet, support is the wrong starting point. Use the fixed £49 Workflow Review to decide whether one repeated process should be built, simplified or left alone.
Start with the £49 Workflow ReviewKeep a useful route current without expanding it by accident.
Support begins with the route already in use. It does not sell another workflow before the first one has proved useful.

No. The Starter Workflow Setup includes a usable handover so the team can run the agreed workflow. Support is optional and is not required to keep ownership of that setup.
Only after one workflow is installed, tested and useful in ordinary work. If there is no working workflow yet, start with the £49 Workflow Review rather than support.
Pause or use the manual route while the change is understood. A materially different workflow or new build is scoped separately; it is not slipped into support by default.
A live workflow can drift when a source, tool, owner or exception changes. Support checks the affected route rather than quietly broadening the automation.
Check whether the approved price list, policy, service-area rule, booking note or other source has changed.
Correct a bounded routing, prompt, template or connection issue without hiding failed work.
Re-test ordinary, edge and hold cases before the changed route is relied on again.
Keep the named approver, manual fallback and customer-facing decision visible.
If the input, intended output, system access or risk boundary has materially changed, pause the route and use the agreed manual fallback. The change needs a separate decision before it becomes live work.
Support does not approve refunds, prices, complaints, regulated decisions, sensitive messages or customer promises. AI may prepare the work; an authorised person still decides.
Review the Starter Workflow Setup and handoverA controlled correction, not automatic expansion.
The team keeps the agreed route, instructions, checked examples and approval rules from the setup handover. Optional support helps maintain them; it does not make the workflow disappear when support stops.
A later workflow is a separate decision. First confirm that the current one still has a reliable source, a named owner and a useful outcome.
Support the workflow without taking it away from the team.
Bring a real enquiry, quote chase, booking request, inbox thread, order question or handover. We map it, mark the approval points and tell you whether to set it up, simplify it first or leave it alone.
